Calling all DKos beer enthusiasts

Thanks to this diary on beer as the perfect food (thanks Crashing Vor for the inspiration), I have decided to use this diary to see if there are any fellow homebrewers on DKos.

I'll keep this diary short at first with some background information. I'm a homebrewer and have been brewing beer since February of this year. I'm currently finished with my 8th batch and have made the following in order:

- Boatyard Export Ale (Shipyard clone) - Dark and Stormy Stout (Guinness clone) - Smoked Porter - Cascade Pale Ale - IPA - Rye Cascade Pale Ale - Russian Imperial Stout - Rye Cascade Pale Ale 2
